Spent my weekend in Bandung a few weeks ago and it was pretty nice. but Bandung is pretty crowded these days, kinda hate the traffic.
well anyway, everytime I travel the first thing I browse is the place to stay, and my fave web for that is Airbnb. I love booking everything through airbnb, there are so many choices and unique places. So when I decided to go to Bandung of course I go through airbnb one by one.
For Bandung, there aren’t that many choices in Airbnb, however, I found this 1 place that I reeeaaaaaaalllyy like and it’s a glass house.

The downside of this place is that unlike other airbnb’s places I tried, they didn’t give any towels, and it’s a bit difficult to contact the PIC. When I was staying there the electricity suddenly went off and I have to contact the PIC a few times until they help me with the electricity, but other than that, I really love this place. It’s a whole new Bandung experience for me.

ARROMANIS
I found this place on Instagram, many of my friends went there and I got curious, so I decided to take a look.
From the outside this store looks like a house, they didn’t have a big sign so it’s kinda difficult to find.
The place is neither big nor small, it’s definitely not cozy but it’s a proper place to let you enjoy your ice cream and leave. The decoration is simple, there are only donut and pretzel balloon hanging.
WELFED FINE DINING
This place is pretty fancy I think, it’s the perfect place if you want to celebrate your anniversary or just have a romantic dinner. It’s located in Gedong Putih, very close to kampung daun. The building and the scenery were very pretty.
They open at 3pm and have 2 sessions
15:00 – 18:00 is Tea Time (min charge Rp 75.000,- / person).
18:00 – 22 :00 is Dinner Time (min charge Rp 150.000,- / person).
To be honest, the food wasn’t that great. But at least the vibe was great. It’s worth a visit!

OLIVER’S HOSTELRY
The hippest hostel in town! Maja’s group newest hostel! It looks interesting in the picture so I decided to try this place out, and I love it. It’s very homey, it has everything, yet super affordable. There’s a cafe in the lobby, the room was great, food was so-so and wifi was pretty bad tho, but still, I love this place. Home away from home!
