Found this place yesterday. They already have a few branches in Jakarta, but I went to the closest one to my house which is the one in Cipete Raya.  I didn’t expect much from this place, since at first I thought that this place is too mainstream and overrated. However, It was actually pretty nice. I love the ambiance and all the decoration. It’s very homey, clean and cute at the same time. There are several breads, pastries and cakes displayed.

The second floor is very cozy and private. The AC is also cooler upstairs. It’s a perfect place to hangout with your friends.

For me personally I think the food is a bit pricey for such small pastries, but since I love the ambiance a little too much, I think it’s worth it. I ordered the beef and cheese crepes, it tasted okay I guess, nothing special. But yea, the food they served tasted pretty decent.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit to Sophie Authentique, the ambiance of the place is super nice and the service was great as well. You should definitely visit 🙂
